SMS Program Description

Business Results Mastery operates the following SMS / text messaging programs, registered under the A2P (Application-to-Person) 10DLC framework with US wireless carriers:

  • Service & Appointment Messages: Scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, and service-related updates
  • Lead Follow-Up Messages: Automated and agent-assisted follow-up with individuals who have opted in to receive information about specific services
  • Marketing & Promotional Messages: Updates about BRM services, resources, and offers — sent only to individuals who have provided express written consent

SMS Opt-In Details — How We Obtain Consent

We will only send you SMS or text messages if you have expressly opted in. Consent is obtained via one of the following methods:

  • Submitting a web form or landing page where opt-in language is displayed before submission
  • Submitting a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Instant Form with SMS consent disclosure
  • Texting a keyword to our designated number as disclosed in specific campaign materials
  • Written or verbal agreement during an onboarding or intake call, which is documented and retained

Our standard opt-in disclosure, presented at every point of collection, reads:

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your inquiry and the service you are engaged with. During an active lead follow-up period, you may receive up to 4–6 messages per week. This will taper to a lower frequency for ongoing nurture. You will never be contacted unreasonably or excessively.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to all SMS messages you receive from us. Business Results Mastery does not charge any additional fee for SMS communications.

How to Opt Out (Text STOP)

You may opt out of SMS messages from us at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe from that program
  • Reply STOP ALL to unsubscribe from all BRM SMS programs
  • Email us at [email protected] with your name and mobile number
  • Contact us via brmastery.com

Upon receiving a STOP request, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent unless you re-opt in. We process all opt-out requests immediately.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS programs are supported by all major US and Canadian wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Bell, Rogers, and Telus. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

Critical Disclosure — A2P 10DLC & CTIA Requirement

We do not sell, share, rent, lease, trade, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third party for their own marketing purposes under any circumstances.

SMS opt-in data — including your mobile phone number, consent records, and messaging history — is used solely for the purpose for which consent was collected. It is never:

  • Sold to any individual, company, or data broker
  • Shared with advertising partners for retargeting
  • Transferred to another company for their own marketing campaigns
  • Used to build audience segments for third-party advertisers

This restriction is absolute and applies regardless of any other provision in this Privacy Policy.

Where BRM facilitates SMS follow-up on behalf of a client business, the sending entity is disclosed in every message. In those cases, the client business is the party communicating with you and their own privacy practices apply to ongoing data handling on their end.

Sharing Your Information

Aside from the absolute prohibition on SMS data sharing described in Section 5, we may share personal information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our business, including CRM platforms, SMS delivery providers (registered A2P 10DLC senders), email platforms, scheduling tools (Calendly), advertising platforms (Meta), and website analytics providers. All service providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to BRM.

Client Businesses

Where you are a lead generated on behalf of a BRM client, your contact information is shared with that client for the purpose of fulfilling the service you expressed interest in. You will have been informed of this at the point of opt-in.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information where required by applicable law, court order, or government authority in Canada or the United States.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction under the same obligations in this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their marketing purposes.

When information is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

  • Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions
